Staff very friendly and nice. Always ready with a smile. Very nice, clean. Pool was great. Loved the Halloween decorations. Put put greens could be updated, but our 18 month grandson loved running around it. Warning the 4 seater bikes are not for out of shape grandmas�. The electric bikes are a must to see the area! Made the right choice when we chose this Koa! Recommend it!!

We were really impressed with everything about this KOA. The sites were wonderful and the location perfect. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will can't wait to come back. It is so nice you allow pets and our 3 dogs enjoyed the KampK9.

We selected this KOA for our annual friends vacation. Loved that is right on the bike path and all the options available at the KOA. Wished we could have had access to the club house, there were 18 of us and we like to play games in the evening. It was impossible to do in the cabins or our RV because there were too many of us. The No-see-em's were feasting on us at the campsites at night.

Fantastic Staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend. 4stars given - so many seasonal/permanent campers. Little bit “trailer trashy”, no rules with regards to fencing, decks, etc This didn’t affect our stay. Just an observation. Surprised KOA allows this.

We have stayed at this location various times and this time cart guide to our site was not as helpful as previous one. Water faucet was leaking at handle. cable didn’t work.

Very nice place. Nice people, and lots of things to do just inside the Rv resort. Plus right by all of the gulf beaches. We will be back !

I absolutely love this park! By far the best KOA in the country. The park is always clean. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. I only wish that there was more availability in the winter. I live in Florida and it’s always hard getting a reservation when all the snowbirds are here. I hope we can stay with you again soon!

Everything was great. The ONLY thing I would recommend is to update the RV pads. Our pad was broken up and we did not have an area to put out a rug to minimize the dirt and sand being tracked into our camper.

The cabin was in good condition. It was a little small for us but near the water was nice. We overall felt that $180 for a cabin even near the beach was a high price to pay. We used the swimming pool and the hot tub. That was nice. A more reasonable price would have been $149-$159 a night maximum. Due to the high price -- we won't be back.

This was our second time staying here and both times it was a pleasure. The location is perfect for visiting beautiful beaches, great restaurants and scenic views. The campsites right on the water are pricey but worth it as the wildlife in and around the water are fascinating. The last time we were there was in last week and the Halloween decorations were wonderful. We will be back frequently.

It was great. However the fire pit does not allow much oxygen to get underneath the fire and the wood would not burn, which was terrible. Also those two camp sites are extremely close together. I could hear the neighbors snoring. They could probably hear my phone.

I appreciate the warm welcome and it's a very relaxing place to stay even know I only had a couple hrs there I left to go to Walmart shortly after checking in was T boned by a vehicle and couldn't make it back before park closed and all my property was there the next morning so they charged me for another night which Thankfully I was given a refund for the 2nd day they charged me for!!!

The campground is very well maintained and beautifully located right on the water. Perfect for kayaking (which they rent) or paddle boarding. The staff is extremely pleasant and very friendly! The location is fairly close to John's Pass, the beach, and to downtown St. Pete for activities. I highly recommend this KOA!

When Rving it is important to find the right Rv park, campground or resort to stay comfortable, Well let me tell you that we found it. Everything was excellent, the staff is committed to great service, the amenities that comes with it are awesome, we rented golf cart, kayak,etc.. there is no need to leave the place, almost everything you need will find it at the gift shop. The Pool area is clean.

Wonderful campground that's a bit of an oasis surrounded by urban St Pete in a quiet spot. Great pool/spa/fitness room with a camp store with everything you could need. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay Friday 9/22 and Sat 9/23 2023 at 607 and C06. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and your guests policy helped us in providing a gathering place, bringing together family both local to St. Pete and traveling to the area. We are already thinking about the same for next year, thank you for making everything so special and creating such a good memory for us!

Came in after hours, security guard was super nice but got kind if confused. No biggie, got in our spot was not level at all, again not a big deal, considering how nice the facility is... I wasn't expecting to wake up to the beautiful Waterview. All the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Made for a fantastic stay.

Camp ground no rooms. The place is spotless. Need to address the hot water problem in the showers near the adult hot tub. Told to let the water run. More than 5 minutes wasn't even long enough, talk about wasting water. Lots of comments on tight sites to place your rig, not sure where they were talking about we plenty of room, awning and slide out with room to spare. Nice touch on providing tables and chairs along with a fire pit. Per friendly but unable to take the puppy anyplace. Location: down a commercial street. Not a nice area to walk through to get to outside services. All around I will be back we enjoyed the stay 4 nights.
