Had site #622, very tight and no privacy at all. Right on top of your neighbors. No room to even park your truck, had to parallel park in between the neighbors trucks. Had to pay $5 for mini golf, while all of the other KOAs have been free. As a KOA member, we were very disappointed in this park.

Lovely camp ground! My son and I stayed for one night, we were in town for a baseball tournament. Brooklyn at the front desk is AMAZING! You guys have a great employee with her! Thank you for the fun safe stay and we will be back!

The buildings are well maintained and very clean. Unfortunately, the campsites and roads are dirty and unkempt. Each site has an asphalt pad and patio, again they were dirty. Also the asphalt was crumbling creating many trip hazards.

I can't do itin 400 Characters. The easiest way to do describe the KOA is to compare the broken slabs of cement covered with fungus and sand for the people who come in to camp to the other side of the camp where things are beautiful. It was the worst KOA, and theit was the worse Campsite I have ever stayed at. It must make money hand over fist to treat people like that.

Very nice KOA but a bit pricey. We are faithful KOA travelers and enjoyed our 2 week stay while we visited our son and daughter in law. Maintenance people need to find another way to clean up the leaves. They used a leaf blower which covered our camper and campsite with the dirt from the street going by our campsite. We had to go inside to avoid the dirt and clean up everything afterwards.

Girls in office were wonderful but sites had cracked patios and site DW50 had a cement patio and cement blocks that were uneven and my husband tripped on them. I’m happy they are working on improving the park and hope they will resolve the issues!!

Great location! Love the amenities. Very clean. Only suggestion would be the folks in the store could be friendlier. Went in a couple of times and three different cashiers were rude.

Staff was very helpful. Site was beautiful, right on Long Bayou. Bathhouses were convenient. Campers were friendly.

VERY cramped space in comparison to other KOA Holiday’s. Patio sites have more room than the rest. Lots of long term residences. Cute cabins and the facilities are above average. An older property but is kept up well. There is a major amount of construction throughout. Lots of activities. Cost per night is on the high side. Location a plus, is within 15-30 min to many of the beaches & restaurant

I thought spending almost $100.00 for a tent camping spot would have had some privacy, there was none. We stayed at several of the State Parks In Florida and they were bigger plots and much more private. I only gave a 1 rating because your staff were so nice or it would have been a zero rating.

A great place to stay, Madeira beach, Dock Fords, Dock Dave's etc.. all close. Very friendly staff, my only disappointment is that the Internet is almost non-existent, otherwise all else is 5 stars.

Staff and facilities are top rated. Pool and amenities are great. Pinellas trail right outside the park make it easy to get to parks.

The park is perfect for those of us who love having the sea nearby. The work staff is great, very helpful. It was my first time in that park and it was in a cabin because I had my travel trailer doing some repairs but I already made my other reservation to return but In my travel trailer it is super quiet and has many things to do around it. I gave it five stars because I loved it but I only have

Came in just for one night, the spot they gave us was just an oversized drive that was not in very good shape, no grass for my pups. For the price, I would definitely not stay there again. I have stayed at many KOA’s over the years. Sorry, I’m not a hater, but your park needs some work

Everything was good. The staff does an outstanding job keeping everything clean. They are always friendly. This was my 7th year of spending my winters. Things will be even better when they are finished with the construction. �

This is our third time staying there. Unfortunately, due to our changing our dates, the site we got was not up to par. The real problem was the wifi. It typically took as many as 5-15 tries to get on the network each time. It was quite slow. The front desk gave us an 800 number to call for help. I left a message and never got a call back. We were disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay at the your camp ground. However I would not recommend it to friends with kids, specifically toddlers because of the limited playground. I really think that you should upgrade your playground, maybe add a jumping pillow or something. The playground today is miserable. Your location however is beautiful. Our site only had dirt, no pebble or granite. Would not want the same again.

This is our second stay with this KOA and we plan to come back many more times. The office staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The public restrooms (and showers) were cleaned multiple times a day. We stayed in a deluxe cabin the first time, and a double room cabin with no bathroom the second time. Both were very nice and homey.

Koa corporate needs to update roads and campsites. Seems like they aren’t hesitant about raising prices every year, but don’t want to repair any issues.

The staff are amazing. The facility is clean but… The site we had was on dirt. We prefer sites with patio block.I prefer to not have to sweep out my camper multiple times a day. The water also had a sulfur smell to it.

Very convenient to family and friends. Also convenient location to pivot to anywhere you want to be in the area. I will say they could use a little facelift and maintenance at the campsites. We love staying on the water it was a gorgeous view. You get updates often on through text as to what’s going on at camp. Food tracks, pizza parties, coffee truck things like that.

We had a great time! Loved the Camping cabin. Bath houses were clean and staff was so nice and helpful. My only negative feedback is that we rented the bike for 2 and it was incredibly hard to peddle. I indicated that it was for my kids to peddle around and that was nearly impossible. It was abandoned within 10 minutes. I would suggest at minimum a heads up about how difficult it is.

Great campground. Loved our water front site. Typically campgrounds with lots of long term “residents” we do not care for, however, this was not the case. Campground very well kept. Lots of immensities. Love that it is on the Pinellas trail!

Stayed here for 2 weeks in March. Nice park and friendly staff. We were in an RV and our kids were in cabins for one of the weeks. Cabins are very nice. Attractions are very close with lots to do.

Our stay was great, as always. One suggestion would be to allow current campers to rebook their spot prior to allowing someone to call and book it out from underneath them. Overall our stay was exactly what we had hoped for.

Pleasant location, great staff. Challenging for big rigs. The sewage connection at our location (513?) has some sort of issue where the hose can't be fully inserted; should be corrected but we were able to dump with some hand-holding. All things considered, we *would* stay again.

KOA was great. Quiet, full of very useful amenities/facilities: laundry, showers, bathrooms, dog run, dock, pool, store & much, much more. All facilities were extremely clean, campground was well planned out & very well kept grounds. Thank you for allowing pets at no additional cost. We loved our stay. Recommendations for outside services & food trucks was also extremely helpful and reliable.
