Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We asked one of the employees if they carried sewer elbows in the store and when we got back 15 mins. later there was one on our sewer hookup. That's service! Lots of trees. Right on the Pinellas trail. We highly recommend this KOA.

Great stay and enjoyed the amenities. Only 1 crabby person was encountered behind the check in desk, but everyone else was very helpful and friendly. Those who use some of the rental amenities may want to have their use thoroughly explained! Our E-Bikes almost left us stranded because the person explaining them didn't do a good job. Otherwise a great place to stay and especially liked the concerts

Had a great time and definitely enjoyed the waterfront site! The dog friendly atmosphere seals the deal for me! Will be back next yr for sure! Oh, also, 2 winters in a row Brooklyn has welcomed us at check-in and she is so fun and energetic, it’s a perfect start to vacay seeing her!!

Our stay at KOA was a disappointment to be honest. We were under the impression we would be traditional campground but, we were at tent site plunked down in the middle of an RV park. The light from the street shown into our tent all night. It felt like we were sleeping in The middle of the day. We ended up for foregoing our last Night and just left. It was a disappointment to say the least

The campground is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very helpful and patient with all of the problems that get thrown at them. The computer reservation system is a little harsh to deal with but the staff does their best to accommodate campers. We will definitely be back next year!

Cozy cabin, great location close to shopping, restaurants, local parks. I come to bike, and the Pinellas Trail runs right past the KOA. Staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive to questions and requests. WiFi actually worked most of the time this year. Renovations have been in the works for several years; hope they are able to be finished soon. Great place to vacation!

Weve been camping there for about 15 years now. The staff is fantastic, i.e... Sandy. and Todd, in the office Pam and meesha in the crew, do a wonderful job in making sure we have a clean cabin. the ground crew hustle all day long with yard maintenance. is a wonder we keep coming back, they treat us like family. that was supposed to be a 5

Internet is really bad and cable doesn't work we asked for assistance they checked but no troubleshooting the maintenance guy said it was out connection we used our connection and tested it and it was good. The spaces are really tight and everything too crowded They charge way too much for what they offer

Great place. Great service. Employees are all very friendly. The only cons are - its very packed. your site is wall to wall with neighbors or trees. no hot water in the extended stay showers. Most of the fun events there are not planned by the KOA but by third party folks. So unless your part of this special group of people you will not know of these events happening. Wish they were po

We loved being so close to the Pinellas Trail. It was easy to get in and out. Shopping, restaurants, and beaches all in close proximity. We visited Madeira Beach, Clearwater Beach, and rode the Pinellas Trail from Dunedin's Weaver Park to Tarpon Springs. Downside of this campground: they offer wifi, can connect, but no internet. Called customer svc for internet but # was disconnecte. Use hotspot.

We were late making reservations and they put us in the long-term resident which was not pleasant. We talked with Brooklyn and she was very accommodating found us a place by the water so we stayed 2 days longer she was great. PS the sewer connections are too high. It’s hard to drain your tank.

The location of the KOA is one of the strongest points. I stayed there years ago and there as been significant changes, not all for the better. It seemed much more crowded than I remember. The number of cabins make everything seem more squeezed together. It appeared that many of the campers were long time residents. Seasonal or longer. The rate was not great.

We had a wonderful trip, the handicap accessible cabin was perfect for our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. I loved that it came with a grill and outdoor seating on the deck and even dog treats for our pup. We will be coming back

We had a great stay kayaking,the bathrooms always clean,all staff so accommodating and friendly. The Jimmy Buffet concert was so fun and the band the following week from Tampa fantastic. The is pool was so nice and heated was so relaxing. The pinella trail was a challenge and we loved exploring on our bikes and the hot tub was a great ending to our day. We will be back !

This KOA is great - except the wifi doesn’t work at all and the help number was out of service. If not for the wifi it would be a 5 /5 and 10 /10 but my wife needed to work. The cycling is amazing with the path. Nice people.

Great campground, great staff! We loved our site on the lovely bayou. Very nice pool area, and the adults-only hot tub was nice. We rented kayaks twice, and were thrilled to see dolphins on our second time out! Easy access to a great bike path. We plan to return!

Been coming for yrs, but they need to invest in WIFI. For the price/ni, should have reliable WIFI. Use Starlink like many of the others.

This KOA hits all of the high notes! It's wonderful to have the Pinellas bike trail running right next to it! Super nice heated pool, great cabins, short drive to the beach, and loads of activities at the campground.

We stayed in a rustic cabin near the office. My me complaint was there was no area for dishwashing. A simple fix- you have the running water available at the faucets outside the cabins. A little wooden stand with a flat surface and faucet.

Camp ground no rooms. The place is spotless. Need to address the hot water problem in the showers near the adult hot tub. Told to let the water run. More than 5 minutes wasn't even long enough, talk about wasting water. Lots of comments on tight sites to place your rig, not sure where they were talking about we plenty of room, awning and slide out with room to spare. Nice touch on providing tables and chairs along with a fire pit. Per friendly but unable to take the puppy anyplace. Location: down a commercial street. Not a nice area to walk through to get to outside services. All around I will be back we enjoyed the stay 4 nights.
