I thought spending almost $100.00 for a tent camping spot would have had some privacy, there was none. We stayed at several of the State Parks In Florida and they were bigger plots and much more private. I only gave a 1 rating because your staff were so nice or it would have been a zero rating.

We were blown away by how friendly and helpful everyone was! The KOA is beautiful and well kept, there are so many fun things to do. Thanks for taking care of us!

Stayed 9 nights. It was a quiet time. Bathrooms clean, showers hot, ice cream cold, breakfast satisfying. Staff was pleasant, helpful and always available to answer questions. I plan to renew my annual trip in 2025, at this location.

Rental of various bike types was advertised but only e-bikes are being rented out , for 18 yrs and older, FCFS. Had we known this, we would have brought our own. Facilities were clean, staff friendly. Liked the rubber mulched tent site. Table and 3 chairs provided. Would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and abundant. Park was clean. We had a great time at the large pool/hottubs. My only issue was that we paid for a “premium” site the had mulch instead of grass and those sites were way to small and close to one another. The grass sites were bigger and more comfortable when you don’t have an air mattress! The bike path nearby is great except for the loud music at 2am riding

Me and my 6 year son stayed in the tent camping area we had a great time and met some really nice people! The facilities are a little dated but everyone who was there was very nice and helpful with any questions I had!

We stayed in a tent camping site along the bike trail. The bathrooms were clean and closely located, which was nice. Everything worked out and the kids had a good time - pool was clean and nice - people were relatively friendly - store had plenty of supplies. A couple things could have been better (light behind the cleaning station was REALLY bright and on all night). But overall nice stay

So much to do. Staff is friendly except one particular I have had issues with on 2 different stays. Love staying in a tent or cabin bathroom stay fairly clean until the evening. Be prepared if staying in a tent of raccoons just put all food and coolers in tent or car overnight. And you won't have any issues. We love our stays. Serving food out of the store like Okeechobee would be a perk.

Our stay at KOA was a disappointment to be honest. We were under the impression we would be traditional campground but, we were at tent site plunked down in the middle of an RV park. The light from the street shown into our tent all night. It felt like we were sleeping in The middle of the day. We ended up for foregoing our last Night and just left. It was a disappointment to say the least

Very nice and clean Campground. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean and stocked. I didn't get to use the pool and hot tubs because we were gone alot. Was nice to have a cable so we could hook up cable tv.

Great location with the Fred Marquis bike trail on one side and a nice paddling bay on yhe other side. Tent sites were small and walk to, which was a bit uncomfortable. Clean and well stocked bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

A bit expensive but great staff and very clean place, althymaybe a bit too much lighting near the tent sites, difficult to shade against.

tenting area: $80/night for a grassy plot with a picnic table and fire pit. The shed that holds the charging station has lights on ALL... NIGHT... LONG! lighting up the tenting area, too bright to sleep comfortably. the bike trail is at the front gate which is perfect. The showers are clean and private but NEED VENTILATION.

We were tent camping but the suroundings were a RV, white fence and the road. It was our least favorite site ever. I did not know about this area for tent camping. I have tent camped at the end of the road by the dock and it was nice.

Just ok, Tent site was a decent size ad having power was nice. Restrooms close by and while showing some wear were clean. South end site was very noisy during the weekend due to proximity of what I will call the weekend drag strip. Not the KOA's fault, but had we known... Would we go back, maybe but for the price I'll likely look for a state park that would be less cost and likely quieter.

Tent camp sites need some care. Table was dirty. Very far from Ablution facilities. No lighting near tent sites. Tent sites should not be an after thought and more care should be given to run off water and shade.

Hi Ericka, we actually get complaints for too much lighting and it makes it hard to see the stars. There are no trees there so we offer that big triple umbrella.

It was great. However the fire pit does not allow much oxygen to get underneath the fire and the wood would not burn, which was terrible. Also those two camp sites are extremely close together. I could hear the neighbors snoring. They could probably hear my phone.

I appreciate the warm welcome and it's a very relaxing place to stay even know I only had a couple hrs there I left to go to Walmart shortly after checking in was T boned by a vehicle and couldn't make it back before park closed and all my property was there the next morning so they charged me for another night which Thankfully I was given a refund for the 2nd day they charged me for!!!

I arrived just 2 days after hurricane Idelia hit Florida's west coast...and was tent camping. The site was clean and ready when I arrived on Saturday, just the umbrella was missing. Staff came by and set up the usual umbrella (stayed at the site next door last year); when it blew over twice, staff replaced it with one that stood up to winds. Thanks for changing to waterfront site and the breezes

We loved everything about this place. Tent camped at an electric/water site. Shower house was awesome. Found a shaded spot that we liked. Only negative was the sand fleas. We got eaten alive over the 4 nights. Even avoided them as much as possible in the later days/evenings.

Great location and conveniently close to great restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff was professional and courteous but also friendly and relatable - more like visiting family. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Camp ground no rooms. The place is spotless. Need to address the hot water problem in the showers near the adult hot tub. Told to let the water run. More than 5 minutes wasn't even long enough, talk about wasting water. Lots of comments on tight sites to place your rig, not sure where they were talking about we plenty of room, awning and slide out with room to spare. Nice touch on providing tables and chairs along with a fire pit. Per friendly but unable to take the puppy anyplace. Location: down a commercial street. Not a nice area to walk through to get to outside services. All around I will be back we enjoyed the stay 4 nights.
